APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Our objective is to deliver excellent care in a prompt and efficient manner. In order to ensure this, we have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.


Due to the high demand for appointments, we kindly request your cooperation in cancelling well in advance. By doing so, you will give another individual the opportunity to access our services promptly, as this policy allows us to optimize the availability of appointments for all our clients.


During the booking process, we will request your credit card information to keep on file, or alternatively, your voucher redemption code. This step is necessary to reserve a specific time slot for your appointment, procedure, or treatment.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Failing to provide this notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee or the redemption of your voucher for the booked treatment.


Moreover, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as a delay of more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will be applied.
